For the Downtown Paving Project (Project CW-1):

a portion of Court Street, Commerce Street, Higgins Alley, and parts of 2nd Street will be milled and overlaid (see attached graphic).  While work is taking place on these roads, travelers can expect delays, as the Contractor will maintain traffic control to allow for at least one lane of traffic through these areas.  When work is not taking place, two-way traffic will resume.  This work is expected to begin on or before November 15th and be completed by the end of the year.
